   • Share the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

2. Ship the Product

   • Customers are required to ship the product back to our return address at their own cost.

   • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packed.

3. Exchange/Refund

   • After we receive and verify the returned item, we will process an exchange or credit note as per your choice.
